All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier delays.

Please note that during launches, restocks, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

LA Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

In rare cases, inventory discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
